本授業の目的およびねらい
本授業科目は，初年次生を大学教育へ導入し，自立した学習能力を身につけるとともに，文・理に共通した基礎的学力や技能を養うために，多面的な知的トレーニングによって，コモンベーシックとしての読み，書き，話す能力のかん養を図るとともに，真理探究の方法と面白さを学ぶことが目的である。
セミナーのテーマ：気候変化が身近な水環境に及ぼす影響の評価
「水」という視点でグローバルな環境変化と身近な生活の関連について学び、グループワークを通じて、プレゼンの基本技術、科学的思考を獲得することを目的とします。
教科書・テキスト
プレゼンテーション作成に必要となる書籍情報および資料などの参考資料を紹介する。

Water is essential not only for our life and also needs to produce our daily food. Luckily, Japan abounds in water resource for domestic use. However, since more than half of our food and agricultural products are imported from the overseas, floods or droughts everywhere in the world may have a serious impact to our daily life. Thus, it is important to acquire the right knowledge how global climate change influence to daily life through changes in hydrological cycle. Through this class, we recognize that our daily life is tightly connected to the world, and then learn the impact of climate change on global water resources. The ultimate goal of this class is to understand the vulnerability of our daily life and discuss the possible solutions through group discussion and debate.
