| 本授業の目的およびねらい | | 本授業科目は，人文・社会科学系分野の学問体系を認識するとともに，自主的判断能力を培うことが目的である。
本授業は、憲法の基本的概念やその考え方について基礎的理解を得るとともに、現代社会のさまざまな問題について、憲法との関わりの観点から考察する力を養うことを目的とする。
授業終了時に学生が、「憲法」の意義、日本国憲法の下での人権保障の内容・方法、日本の統治の枠組み、の基本を理解していることが本授業の目標である。 |
