| 本授業の目的およびねらい | | 本授業科目は，自然科学系分野の学問体系を認識するとともに，自主的判断能力を培うことが目的である。
20世紀後半からの生物学の発展は目覚ましいが、いま生物学の最先端にいる研究者の多くは、実は高校時代に生物を履修していない。生物学は、化学や物理、数学の基礎知識があれば大学からでも始められる学問であり、様々な科学領域との融合こそが重要なのである。本授業では、生物学の基本となる事象や現在ホットな研究トピックスについて、物理学、化学、数学、農学、医学、薬学などと関連付けながら理解する能力を養う。 |

| | | 担当教員からのメッセージ | | | Although the development of biology has been remarkable since the latter half of the 20th century, researchers at the forefront of biology do not always study biology in high school. Biology is a science that can be started from a university if you have basic knowledge of chemistry, physics, and mathematics, and it is important to integrate it with various scientific fields. In this class, students will develop the ability to understand current biology including hot research topics, by integrating with physics, chemistry, mathematics, agriculture, medicine, and pharmacy. |
