| 本授業の目的およびねらい | | 本授業科目は，自然科学系分野の諸現象について，それらの諸現象を学際的，総合的に分析，把握する能力を育むとともに，他の学問分野との関連性について理解することが目的である。
微生物学全般に関して基礎的な事項を学習し、小さな生命である微生物が地球環境と人間生活に密接に関わっていることを理解する。 |

受講者数によりますが，可能であれば週末に醸造・発酵関係の工場見学を３回程度実施します（費用自己負担）。 |
