| 本授業の目的およびねらい | | 本授業科目は，自然科学系分野の諸現象について，それらの諸現象を学際的，総合的に分析，把握する能力を育むとともに，他の学問分野との関連性について理解することが目的である。
動物と植物は，われわれにとって最も身近な生物界のメンバーであり，様々な場面でわれわれの生活と密接な関係をもって存在している。本講義では，この最も身近な動物と植物を対象として，哺乳類の生殖戦略や動植物の生物多様性など様々な生命現象や生物同士の複雑な関わり合いについて理解する。 |

| 担当教員からのメッセージ | | Animals and plants are familiar species to us and they are closely related to our lives in a variety of contexts. The purpose of this course is to comprehensively understand the significance of various biological phenomena for these closest animals and plants.
In this lecture, students will be able to understand the reproductive strategies and regulatory mechanisms of reproductive functions in mammals, the complex interactions between organisms, and the challenges towards sustainable use of biodiversity.
文系の学生向けの理系教養科目ですので、理系の研究室で「動植物」について今どんなことが研究されているのか、先端科学の一端をできるだけ平易に解説したいと思います。 |
