| 授業の目的 【日本語】 | | 本演習では、知的財産法の基礎的知識を着実に修得するとともに、現代社会における具体的なトピックを取り上げて、問題解決に向け多角的に考察します。担当グループ又は担当者による報告と参加者全員による質疑・応答を通じて、自主的に問題を発見する能力、裁判例・立法・学説を正確に分析する能力、問題の解決を総合的に検討できる能力を養います。 この演習は学部の演習と共同で開講されます。

| 授業の目的 【英語】 | | | In this seminar, students will learn the basic knowledge of Intellectual Property Law steadily and examine the solution of the problems in the modern society from various angles. Through presentations and discussions, students will cultivate the abilities to find out the problems independently, analyze the judgements, legislation, and theories accurately and consider the solution in a comprehensive way. |

| 到達目標 【日本語】 | | 受講者が授業終了時に、以下の能力を身につけていることを目標とします。 (1) 知的財産法の具体的トピックに関し、裁判例・立法・学説の正確な分析に基づき、主体的な検討を行うことができる。 (2) 他人に、自分の研究課題、研究手法、研究結果を分かりやすく伝えることができる。 (3) 他人との意見交換を通じて多角的視座を獲得することにより、研究を一層発展させ、最終的に問題解決の具体的な案を提示することができる。

| 到達目標 【英語】 | | | Students will get the abilities (1) to consider the concrete topic of IP Law independently based on the accurate analysis of judegements, legislations and theories, (2) to convey their research topic, research method and results to others clearly and (3) to develop the reseach through the discussion with others and finally present a concrete solution. |

| 成績評価の方法と基準 | | 成績評価方法：平常点（報告及び議論への貢献。100％）によります。
成績評価基準：知的財産法の基本を正確に押さえた十分な準備をし、他者と建設的な意見交換を行えたことを、合格の基準とします。
Grading will be decided based on usual performance (presentations, discussions) . Sufficient preparation and active participation will be evaluated. |

| 課外学習等（授業時間外学習の指示） | | ・自分の報告のために、関連する資料を調査し、十分な準備をすること。 ・他人の報告のときも、報告予定者が配布するレジュメを事前に読み、その時点での自分なりの意見を考えておくこと。
・For the presentation, students should investigate the related materials and prepare the contents sufficiently.
・Students should read the resume which the presenter distributes in advance and consider independently. |
