授業の目的　【日本語】
最新判例や基本的論点を素材として、民事手続法の基本問題についてゼミ形式で討論することによって理解を深める（学部演習と共同開講）。
授業の目的　【英語】
The aim of this course is to discuss the basic problems and topics of civil procedural law based on such materials as latest court cases and academic writing. This course will be taught in Japanese and held with undergraduate seminar. Students need to make oral presentation and discussion in Japanese.
到達目標　【日本語】
(1)民事手続法の基本的な考え方を理解する。 (2)民事手続法の諸問題について、判例・学説を分析し、自ら解決策を提示できる。 (3)他の参加者の意見等を踏まえて、説得的な結論を提示できる。
到達目標　【英語】
(1) Understand the basic idea of civil procedure.
(2) Analyze court cases and theory about various problems of civil procedure and present your own method of resolving those problems.
(3) Present your persuasive resolution based on the opinions from others.

成績評価の方法と基準
出席・発言等の平常点（50％）、報告等の成果物（50％）で評価する。
各評価項目の評価基準は、上記到達目標の達成度による。60点以上合格。
