授業の目的 【日本語】 | | グローバル・ガバナンス論の基礎と展開 COVID-19をめぐる各国政府および多様なアクターによる(単独の、または共同の)政策・取組が示すように、グローバル・ガバナンス――政府間のマルチラテラル・ガバナンス、多様な主体が関わるトランスナショナル(マルチステークホルダー)・ガバナンス、様々なレベルが連動するマルチレベル・ガバナンスを含む――は人々の生命・健康・ウェルビーイングや地球の将来を左右しうる。 本授業は、グローバル・ガバナンス論の基礎と展開を検討する。その目的は、グローバル・ガバナンスの歴史的展開の概観というよりも、それを分析するための国際政治学的なツールの習得にある。 受講者には毎週課題文献を読むことと授業での議論に積極的に参加すること、とくに報告者には課題文献のレジュメを事前(授業日当日の朝8時まで)に提出すること、が求められる。
