| 授業の目的 【英語】 | | | The primary goal of this course is to understand how China, Japan, and Korea govern society through law. Participants are expected to share their understanding of social governance through law in their jurisdictions with the class participants. The instructor will lead the presentation about the Japanese approach to social governance through law. To the possible extent, experts in China, Japan, and Korea will join the class via the Internet. Participants may use their own research topic to illustrate social governance through law. |

| 成績評価の方法と基準 | | | 30%: presentation and participation in the class, 30%: materials prepared by the student, and 40%: a short paper on a selected topic by each participant. |
