この講義では、経営分析に必要な考え方と解法を身につけるため、財務諸表と企業価値評価の理解を深めることを目的とする。

履修条件・関連する科目

経営分析の履修が望ましい。This course will be taught in both English and Japanese.

成績評価の方法と基準

講義への貢献（80%）および試験（20％）の合計点で評価する。
講義への貢献については、授業中の報告内容および質問した事項に対して回答できるか否かを基準とする。また、試験については、授業中に解説し議論した知識や内容について正しく理解していることを合格の基準とする。
