In the field of informatics, various data processing tools are used to efficiently process large-scale data. In this course, in the process of learning how to use these data processing tools using real world data, you will deepen the understanding of the concept learned in the lecture and acquire useful skills in research activities.
In Data Processing Tools 1, you will exercise using data processing tools mainly used in the field of data science.

情報学分野では，大規模なデータを効率的に処理するために，様々なデータ処理ツールが利用されている。
本演習では，実世界のデータを用いて，これらのデータ処理ツールの利用方法を習得する過程で，特論の講義で学習した概念の理解を深め，
さらに研究活動においても利用可能なスキルを身につけることを目指す。
データ処理ツール演習１では，主にデータサイエンスの分野で利用されるデータ処理ツールを用いた演習を実施する。

特論の講義と連携したテキスト解析，動的システム解析，信号処理，パターン認識等の実習を通じて，
データ処理ツールを用いたデータ解析や統計的仮説検定の実施方法を演習する。

You will learn how to conduct data analysis and statistical hypothesis testing through the exercises of text analysis, dynamic system analysis, signal processing, and pattern recognition.

履修条件・関連する科目
成績評価の方法と基準
演習課題を実施し，そのレポートすべてについて１００点満点で６０点以上の点数を取得することで合格とする。
Students will pass the course by gaining 60 marks or more out of 100 for the reports.
教科書・参考書
必要に応じて参考資料を配布する。
実習データはWebページ等から取得できるようにする。
事前に，IB電子情報館南館2階の計算機システムにログインできることを確認すること。
情報セキュリティ研修を受講済みであることが，必須条件である。
Materials for the course will be provided at the class or available from a web site.
Beforehand, confirm that you can log in to the computer system on the 2nd floor of the IB Building South Building.
It is a prerequisite to have already taken Information Security Training.
課外学習等（授業時間外学習の指示）
実施した演習課題に対するレポートの作成を課す。
Students will be required to submit reports related to the exercises.
