| 授業の目的 【日本語】 | | | Important subjects in current modern life science have been investigated by using the biochemical and biophysical methods. The aim of this course is to introduce fundamental principals of such methods, and insights into functions of gene products in vivo and in vitro, obtained by these analyses. Lecture will begin with explanation of principals, and will be followed by introducing actual analysis. |

The contents includes mutagenesis, column chromatography, protein binding analysis, mass spectroscopy, protein crystallization, single molecule analysis, and hopefully students can understand the principles of these methods, and how to get the insights using these methods. |
