| 授業の目的 【日本語】 | | | | | 授業の目的 【英語】 | | | This seminar is specifically for students in the Peace and Governance programme interested in post-conflict societies, though anyone is welcome. We will spend the spring semester learning about different post-conflict arrangements in various regions, including the Americas, Africa and Asia. Among the Truth and Reconciliation processes we will examine will be the Rettig Commission in Chile, the post-Apartheid Truth and Reconciliation hearings in South Africa, the International Court of Justice trials of Khmer Rouge leaders in Cambodia, and the findings of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada, among others.
