| 授業の目的 【日本語】 | | | | | 授業の目的 【英語】 | | This is an introductory statistics course for social sciences. This lecture will cover basic theories and applications of regression analysis. Computer assisted practical exercises are given by using EXCEL and E-views. Supplementary lectures on basic mathematics are provided for those who need them.
Students will be able to understand the difference between descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Students will be able to perform parameter estimations and statistical tests in an appropriate manner based on their knowledge of inferential statistics. |
