【授業の目的】「すまい」を主要な題材として取り上げ、ライフサイクルでの評価や関連法規・制度・基準などを踏まえつつ、環境学の視点から「すまい」に関連する種々のテーマを学習する。

【授業の目的】In this lecture, "housing" is taking up as a main subject and the various themes regarding "housing" are learnt from the view point of environmental studies. The life cycle evaluation, related laws, regulations, systems and standards etc. are also considered.

授業の内容や構成
秋学期の授業は、当面の間、対面授業とオンタイムの遠隔授業を併用して行う。
教室は環境総合館講義室３とする。
初回の授業は、１０月６日から開始する。

【授業の構成】「すまい」に関する歴史・意匠・計画、建築環境・設備・エネルギー、建築構造・材料の各分野から、いくつかのテーマをピックアップして講義する。

1)建築学とは
2)住宅の歴史、ライフステージ・ライフスタイル、郊外・都心居住、都市インフラ、ユニバーサルデザイン など
3)住宅の断熱・気密性能、自然・未利用エネルギー利用等の各種省エネルギー手法、熱環境・空気質環境と健康、換気、快適性、居住環境評価 など
4)建築構造システム、各種構造（RC、鉄骨、木）、構造材料・一般材料、建築生産・管理、建築廃棄物・リサイクル、建築維持・管理、耐震診断・補強・改修、防災・防火など

【授業時間外学習の指示】授業終了時に示す課題についてレポートを作成すること。詳細は開講日に説明する。
【授業の構成】Several themes regarding "housing" are selected and lectured from each field of history / design / planning, building environment / equipment / energy, and structure / material.

1) What is "architecture" ?
2) History of housing, life stage / life style, suburban / inner city housing, urban infrastructure, universal design, etc.
3) Insulation and airtightness performance of residence, various kinds of energy conservation method such as natural and unused energy application, indoor thermal environment, indoor air quality and health, ventilation, comfort and pleasantness, evaluation of residential environment, etc.
4) Structural System of Buildings / RC Structures, Steel Structures, Wooden Structures / Building Materials / Building Production Management, Building Construction Waste, Recycling of Building Materials / Seismic Diagnosis and Retrofitting of Buildings, etc.

【授業時間外学習の指示】Students are requested to submit several reports instructed at the end of each class. The detail is explained in the first class.

成績評価の方法と基準
担当教員から課せられるレポートによって総合的に評価する。総合点60点以上を合格とする。
Evaluation based on imposed reports
A passing grade is a score of 60 or higher.

適宜資料を配布するとともに、必要に応じて担当教員が紹介する。
As appropriate, handout is distributed in the class and textbook is introduced.
