| 授業の目的 【日本語】 | | 【授業の目的】環境デザインは、家具・建築・都市・造園・土木からなる諸分野を横断し、現代社会における持続可能な発展を目指すためのデザインとして定義されるべきです。本講義では、こうした考え方の基礎となる文献と事例をもとに、その理論と方法論の可能性について検討し、理解することを目的とします。環境学の基礎に関して十分な学識を身につけるとともに、環境にかかわる諸問題に関して幅広い関心を持ち、知識を修得することを目指す授業です。
【到達目標】以下の内容について知識を習得することが到達目標です。前半では家具・住宅・施設・地域環境など異なるスケールの環境デザインについて、実践例（作品や研究）をもとに解説します。さらに、その概念と多様性について整理したうえで、各自のレポートをもとに発表と討論を行います。後半では、環境デザインに関する基礎的な文献について解題した後で、20世紀における自動車を巡る様々な開発を取り上げ、弁別されたスケールにおいて見いだされる環境の特徴と、その持続可能なデザインについて検討します。

履修条件は要さない。 | In the former half, I will explain the environmental design of various scales, such as furniture, house, facility, and regional environment, based on actual samples and research results. After I organize these concepts and diversities, we will make a presentation and hold a discussion on the basis of reports submitted by attendants.
In the latter half, introducing the basic literatures in the field of environmental design, the various developments concerning the automobile in the 20th century are discussed and its environmental characteristics and sustainable design in the distinguished scales are examined in detail. |
