授業の目的　【日本語】
鉄筋コンクリート造建物の耐震安全性能評価の考え方，評価法およびその背景を鉄筋コンクリート構造の耐震診断基準を通して理解し，耐震設計の応用力，総合力を涵養する。また，教材には鉄筋コンクリート造耐震診断基準の英語版を用い，構造性能評価に用いる英語表現についても学ぶ。
授業の目的　【英語】
This lecture will provide an understanding of the evaluation of seismic evaluation of reinforced concrete buildings through Standards for Seismic Evaluation of Existing Reinforced Concrete Buildings published by The Japan Building Disaster Prevention Association. In addition, the English version of the standard will be used as a teaching material, and students will learn about the English expressions used for structural performance evaluation.
