| 授業の目的 【日本語】 | | 【授業の目的】本講義は、経営組織論に関する知識・技能、主体的な創造性と探究心を身につけることを目的とする。本目的を達成するために、経済を構造化された情報の流れのシステムであると捉える見方を提供する。構造化は、資源を適切に配分するために必要な情報の処理に特化する企業によって成し遂げられる。本授業の目的は、経営戦略論，経営組織論の分析視角を修得し、経営学の基礎的な概念を理解することである。これを通じて、企業経営の事例を分析し、調査研究を遂行するための能力を養う。
【到達目標】企業理論をベースとして、経営戦略と経営組織のメカニズム、環境と組織とのダイナミクスを分析できるようになる。合わせて論理的思考能力を養うことができる。

| 授業の目的 【英語】 | | 【授業の目的】This course offers a vision of the economy as a system of structured information flow. The structuring is effected by firms, which specialize in processing the information needed to allocate resources properly. The aim of this course is to learn perspectives of corporate strategy and organization theory, and to deepen a understanding of fundamental concepts on management theory. In this lecture, theoretical analysis capability and skills to perform research are cultivated.

Promoting theoretical analysis capability of dynamics between market environment and organization. 3. cultivating logical thinking capability through reading the fundamental paper.

| 授業の内容や構成 | | 授業は、私のHPに大学院講義のページを用意し、資料はDoropboxで受講者と共有する形とする。一週ごとにパワーポイントで授業内容をアップロードし、問題を用意して、受講者に解いていただき、次週、回答してもらう。HPを周知させる都合上、受講希望者は、4月20日までに吉成まで、受講を希望することをメールで知らせるように（yoshinari@aitech.ac.jp）。
