| 授業の目的 【日本語】 | | 【授業の目的】
環境問題自体は自然科学的な現象であるが，その原因は人間の経済活動に関係していることがある．環境と経済とはどのような関係にあるのか，環境保全と経済活動とのバランスとはどのようなものか，バランスをとるためにはどのような対策が必要とされるのか．環境経済学では，これらの課題を分析するために必要な，大学院レベルでの基礎知識を固めると同時に，主要文献の網羅と問題演習を通じて，現実の環境問題への応用力・分析力を養うことを目的とする．
【到達目標】
この授業では，受講者が以下の知識・能力を身につけることを目標とする．
１）環境経済学の基礎的な視点と概念を理解することができる．
２）環境経済学の基礎的なモデルを構築することができる．
３）現実の環境政策に対し，経済学の立場から検討することができる．

Environmental problems themselves are natural science phenomena, but their causes are related to human economic activities. What is the relationship between the environment and the economy, what is the balance between environmental conservation and economic activity, and what measures are needed to achieve the balance? In environmental economics, it is necessary to obtain the basic knowledge at the graduate level necessary for analyzing these issues, and at the same time, cultivate the ability to apply and analyze real environmental issues through the coverage of key literature and problem exercises.
[Course outcomes]
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
1) Understand basic viewpoints and concepts of environmental economics.
2) Can build a basic model of environmental economics.
3) Analyze real environmental policies from the viewpoint of economics.
