This course provides legal perspectives on environmental issues and policies, and establish the basis for analyzing an environmental problem and exploring its solutions.
【Objectives】
The students are expected to acquire,
1) understanding of basic concepts and approaches in environmental law, and
2) the ability to analyze and evaluate environmental problems and policies from the legal points of view.

| 授業の内容や構成 | | 授業は当面、zoomで行う。必要な連絡は、NUCTを通じて行う。
【授業の構成】
以下の内容を扱う。教員による講義を中心とするが、事前に配布する文献に基づく学生による報告と議論の機会も設ける。
1. 環境法の意義
環境の意義、歴史、特徴、関連学問領域との関係について学ぶ
2. 環境法の基本理念・原則
環境法の基本理念・原則と考えられる事項について学ぶ
3. 政策手段としての環境法
環境政策の目標実現のための手法の類型、及びその法的側面について学ぶ
4. 日本の環境法制
日本の環境実定法の体系、その形成・運用のプロセス、いくつかの主要な個別制定法制度の概要、について学ぶ

各回の授業内容に関する復習
事前に配布する文献に関する報告及び/又は議論の準備

【Student duties】
Students are expected to review the subjects of each class.
When papers are assigned for presentation and discussion, the designated students will prepare the presentations and other students will prepare for the discussion.
