【到達目標】授業終了時に学生は、国連を中心とする国際行政組織が地球環境問題などの地球規模課題に、どのようなルールを構築し、またそれらのルールをどのような制度的メカニズムを通して国家や企業に遵守させてきたのか、について国際行政学の視点から理解できるようになる。

| 授業の目的 【英語】 | | 【Aims】This course is aimed at enabling students to deepen their understanding of basic concepts in environmental governance and also of the role international organizations play in solving global issues including global environmental problems in order to acquire the trans-disciplinary perspectives necessary to address global environmental issues.
【Learning Outcomes】At the end of the course, students will be able to understand from the perspective of global governance the nature of the rules that international organizations in the UN family have created with regards to these issues, and also the way in which international organizations have induced the states and firms to comply with these rules through various international institutions.

初回の授業は、4月17日までにNUCTに資料等をアップロードします。第２回の授業は、同様に５月８日までにアップロードし、それ以降は、コロナウイルス感染拡大が収束するまで、毎週授業開始時までに資料をNUCTにアップロードしますので、それを見るようにしてください。質問等は、NUCT上で受け付けます。
【授業の構成】

10. 多中心的なガバナンスと国際組織による「オーケストレーション（orchestration）」
11. 「企業と環境」をめぐるオーケストレーション：CEO Water Mandateの場合
