| 授業の内容や構成 | | 炭素・窒素・リン等の親生物元素について，海洋や陸域環境における親生物元素と生物活動とのかかわりについて考察する。特に有機体を構成する炭素・窒素について，海洋や陸域での無機態炭素・窒素の利用様式や有機物の生産様式，更に生産された有機物の分解過程について，環境の違いによるそれらの特徴を学生自らが解析する。なお、毎回の授業前に指定資料を読んでおくこと。
また履修者は本セミナーで実施される研究倫理教育ガイダンスの受講を必須とする。 | Dynamics of bio-elements (e.g., carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus) in marine and terrestrial environments are discussed in relation to the biological activity. Participants of the seminar are asked to follow up particular questions raised from the discussion, for examples, questions on how does the ecosystem transfer inorganic carbon and nitrogen to organic matter and vice versa, what kinds of similarity and difference are there in the dynamics between marine and terrestrial environments and why?
Students must read the specified text before attending class. All participants are required to attend the Guidance session on research ethics conducted as part of this seminar. |
