| 授業の目的 【日本語】 | | 環境法・国際環境法に関する研究報告や文献購読、判例の検討などを受講生が行い、それを基に討議をし、指導、助言を受けることを通じて、環境法・国際環境法について統合的に理解する力を育み、環境法・国際環境法の現代的諸問題について分析し、創造的に問題解決を探る応用力を育む。それによって、受講生は、自らの研究課題や関連する問題について理解を深めることができ、研究成果の質を高めることができる。

| 授業の内容や構成 | | ◆ 遠隔授業で行います。参加希望の人は、3人の担当教員宛てにメールを送ってください（メールアドレスは下記問い合わせ先）。
環境法・国際環境法分野での重要な文献や判例の検討、受講者の研究報告を中心に進める。扱う文献等や具体的な進め方については、参加者と相談の上決定する。また履修者は本セミナーで実施される研究倫理教育ガイダンスの受講を必須とする。 | ◆ This seminar will be held via online. If you would like to attend this seminar, please send email to all three teaching staff members (contact info is at the bottom of this page).
