| 授業の目的 【英語】 | | 【Objectives】This course aims at enhancing the participants' understanding of basic concepts and theories in environmental law and their analytical capacities through examining and discussing primary or secondary texts of environmental law.
【Goals】Students will be able to:
1) Accurately understand and critically analyze materials on environmental law and policy, and
2) Obtain information on and identify issues concerning certain environmental laws or policies.

| 授業の内容や構成 | | 報告者が指定された文献(の部分)について報告し、これに基づき参加者全員で議論を行う。取り上げる文献については、参加者と相談の上決定する。
また履修者は本セミナーで実施される研究倫理教育ガイダンスの受講を必須とする。

All participants are required to attend the Guidance session on research ethics conducted as part of this seminar.
