| 授業の目的 【日本語】 | | 【授業の目的】文理の壁を越えて地球環境問題の解決に必要な視野を身につけるため、グローバル・ガバナンス・アーキテクチャの諸課題についての理解を深めることを目的とする。
【到達目標】授業終了時に学生は、国際組織が、各国政府のほか、多国籍企業や市民社会団体といったプライベート・アクターとEUなどの地域組織と連携するガバナンス過程について理解し、それにより環境ガバナンスに関して次世代の新しい学術領域を創造するために必要な政治学的な視野を身に付けることができる。

| | | 授業の目的 【英語】 | | 【Aims】This seminar is aimed at enabling students to deepen their understanding of global governance architecture in order to acquire the trans-disciplinary perspectives necessary to address global environmental issues.
【Learning Outcomes】At the end of the course, students will be able to understand the governance process through which international organizations facilitate collaborations among national governments, private actors such as transnational corporations and civil society organizations, and regional organizations such as the EU, and thereby to acquire a political scientific perspective needed to create a new academic field concerning global environmental governance.

初回の授業は、4月23日にZoomを通して行います。第２回の授業は、5月7日に、同じくZoomを使って行います。
この演習では、１）グローバル・ガバナンスにおける多中心的な構造に関する基本文献の輪読、及び２）各自が設定したガバナンス・アーキテクチャに関する研究テーマについて先行研究の紹介を行い、全員で議論する。また履修者は本セミナーで実施される研究倫理教育ガイダンスの受講を必須とする。 | All participants are required to attend the Guidance session on research ethics conducted as part of this seminar.
Students enrolled in this seminar are required to: 1) read the basic literature concerning poly-centric structures in global governance, and 2) to present literature reviews on the topics of their choice, which are related to the issues of governance architecture. |
