| 授業の目的 【日本語】 | | 【目的】 環境保全を行う上での利害の齟齬や対立などのトレードオフの問題を扱う方法を身につける。具体的には、
・持続可能性の課題について全体社会—部分社会—個人という構造から分析するための理論と調査
・環境保全を図る上でトレードオフ問題を解決するための方策
などを対象とし、非強制的・非規制的方法によって対立構造そのものを解消するための理論的・実践的な可能性を検討する。
【到達目標】環境問題におけるトレードオフの問題について、社会科学の方法を用いて説明する能力身につける。

| 授業の内容や構成 | | 科学的手法による事実認識や技術を用いた自然への介入は、持続可能な社会を実現する上での課題であると同時に可能性でもある。こうした科学や技術の両義性について具体的な事例の考察を通じて明らかにすると同時に、これを社会的に制御する方策についても検討する。
対象は資源利用、エネルギー、生物多様性保全などの諸課題を中心とする。授業の形式については、文献購読や研究発表などを適宜組み合わせることとし、受講者の希望に応じて調整する。具体的なテーマについての相談にも応じるが、現段階では以下の内容を想定している。
１．再生可能エネルギーの社会的受容性
２．野生動物と獣害問題
３．市民参加型地域調査の手法と応用
４．食と農に関するリスクと社会的コミュニケーション
５．自然再生と地域再生
【授業時間外学習の指示】指定する文献を各授業前に読み、論点を整理しておくこと。
履修者は本セミナーで実施される研究倫理教育ガイダンスの受講を必須とする。
| We will clarify the ambiguity of science and technology through concrete case studies, and at the same time we will consider ways to control it socially.
The program will focus on issues such as resource use, energy and biodiversity conservation. The format of the classes will be adjusted according to the wishes of the students by combining literature subscriptions and research presentations. The following topics are assumed.
1. Social acceptance of renewable energy
2) Wild animals and agricultural damage
3. Methods and applications of Citizen Participatory Community Surveys
4. Foodsysten and Risks Communication
5. Nature restoration and regional revitalization
In addition, students are required to take the research ethics education guidance provided in this seminar. |
