授業の目的　【日本語】
①国際法研究のクラシックといえる名著を、特に国際法の歴史研究に関わる文献を選んで輪読する。 ②現代国際法を把握する上で重要と思われる文献を中心にして輪読する。 ③全体として、各院生が自分の研究テーマを国際法学の歴史と現段階との関連で位置つけられるように指導する。

受講希望者は、下の欄に掲載した「国際法研究Ⅰ」の 過去の輪読文献も参考に、今学期に取り上げる文献についての希望等があればそれと合わせて、できれば４月１４日（火）までに小畑と水島までメールで連絡してください（件名は「国際法研究Ⅰの受講（受講希望者名）」）。メールアドレスは学生便覧にあります。取り上げる文献等を決めた上で、４月２１日（火）頃までに準備等について指示します。教室（文総407）に集合しての授業の初回は、５月１２日（火）を予定しています。

受講の連絡をいただいた人には、今学期の「国際法研究Ⅰ」の進め方などについて、本日、メールを送りました。今学期は、教室に集合しての授業は行いません。
