授業の目的 【日本語】
グローバル・ガバナンス論の基礎と展開
COVID-19をめぐる各国政府および多様なアクターによる(単独の、または共同の)政策・取組が示すように、グローバル・ガバナンス――政府間のマルチラテラル・ガバナンス、多様な主体が関わるトランスナショナル(マルチステークホルダー)・ガバナンス、様々なレベルが連動するマルチレベル・ガバナンスを含む――は人々の生命・健康・ウェルビーイングや地球の将来を左右しうる。 本授業は、グローバル・ガバナンス論の基礎と展開を検討する。その目的は、グローバル・ガバナンスの歴史的展開の概観というよりも、それを分析するための国際政治学的なツールの習得にある。 受講者には毎週課題文献を読むことと授業での議論に積極的に参加すること、とくに報告者には課題文献のレジュメを事前(授業日当日の朝8時まで)に提出すること、が求められる。

This seminar aims to scrutinize recent literature on global governance. Students will also present their ongoing research.

・課題文献の輪読を通じて、国際政治学(グローバル・ガバナンス論)の基礎を学び、分析的思考力の向上を図ります。

報告レジュメ:50%
単位を取得するためには、少なくとも2/3の授業に出席すること。
授業は時間通りに始める。度重なる遅刻は成績評価に影響する。

本授業は、国際政治学の基礎を押さえることを目的として、以下をテキストとする(ただし、5月6日以降の数回の予定)。
Christian Reus-Smit, International Relations: A Very Short Introduction (New York: Oxford University Press, 2020). 【電子書籍は4月23日発売予定。なお、別の著者による 同名の書籍 があるので、必ずReus-Smit著を購入すること】
