授業の目的 【英語】 | | The primary goal of this course is to understand how China, Japan and Korea govern the society through law. Participants from those jurisdictions are expected to share their understanding of their own jurisdiction with the class participants and to respond to inquires about their own legal system. The instructor will lead the presentation about the Japanese approach to social governance through law. To the possible extent, experts of China, Japan and Korea will join the class via the Internet. |

成績評価の方法と基準 | | 30%: presentation and participation in the class, 30%: materials prepared by the student, and 40%: a short paper on a selected topic by each participant. |
