Then, we will cultivate leadership as a researcher by grasping issues in constructing our own research organization and issues in the field of informatics research, and discussing ways to solve problems. |

| 授業の内容や構成 | | 情報学分野の研究者における研究テーマの設定，研究計画の策定，予算申請書の作成，博士課程学生の指導計画の策定などについて実例とともに講義を受ける。
講義参加者は，自身の研究分野を元に具体的に研究計画を策定しプレゼンテーションを行う。
それについて，教員と講義参加者がディスカッションをすることで研究者としてのリーダーシップを涵養する。
