| 授業の内容や構成 | | 海洋表層における無機態親生物元素の有機物への転換過程，有機物の生成を担う生物群の 特徴や生成される有機物の化学構造の特徴，表層で生産された有機物の中深層への鉛直輸 送とそのメカニズム及び海洋底堆積物への移行過程，生物体有機物から懸濁態及び溶存態 有機物などの非生物態有機物プールへの移行過程，これらの諸過程に伴う有機物の分解に 伴う無機態親生物元素への回帰等を学生自らが解析し，議論する。
なお、毎回の授業前に指定資料を読んでおくこと。また履修者は本セミナーで実施される研究倫理教育ガイダンスの受講を必須とする。 | Production and decomposition of organic matter at the elemental and molecular levels in relation to ecosystem structures in the interior ocean, and mechanistic processes by which organic matter is transport from surface to intermediate and deep waters and eventually into the sediment are studied. Discussion is made to prospect how the global environmental changes influence the marine biogeochemical processes and vice versa.
Students must read the specified text before attending class. All participants are required to attend the Guidance session on research ethics conducted as part of this seminar. |
