| 授業の目的 【日本語】 | | 【授業の目的】文献講読と個別報告を通じて、社会運動研究および環境社会学の分析視角を理解しそれを応用させて博士論文作成に向けた能力を養う。
【到達目標】社会学的な新規性と社会問題の解決を志向した、各自の研究課題を設定することができる。問題意識に即して社会運動研究または環境社会学の視角に基づく問いと仮説を設定し、質的調査を中心とした実証研究を自力でおこなうことができる。

| 授業の目的 【英語】 | | Through presentation and reading academic papers on social movements and environmental sociology this seminar aim to promote skills for dissertation.
* Goal:
Sociological ability;
1 to set own study thesis with sociological originality and the orientation toward the solution of social problems.
2 to set research questions and hypotheses based on social movement theory and environmental sociology.
3 to conduct own empirical studies.

| 授業の内容や構成 | | 〇 秋学期は基本的に対面での実施を予定していますが、対面授業への不安やその他の事情により非対面を希望する学生には、オンラインでの参加の機会を設けます。
〇 初回のみオンラインでおこない、対面時の教室は追って連絡します。
〇 初回は10月2日（金）です。
【授業の構成】
①共通の文献の講読と、②参加者各自の研究テーマに関する個別報告をおこなう。
①では社会運動研究や環境社会学のなかでも特に質的調査によるものを中心に使用する。
また履修者は本セミナーで実施される研究倫理教育ガイダンスの受講を必須とする。
【授業時間外学習の指示】
指定する文献を各授業前に読み、論点を整理しておくこと。 | 1.Reading literature on comparative study of social movements.
2.Presentations according to participants' issues.
All participants are required to attend the Guidance session on research ethics conducted as part of this seminar.
* Preparations for every class (reading paper on a certain issue) are required. |

| 成績評価の方法と基準 | | ○ 文献の担当、個別報告の内容、ディスカッションへの貢献から評価します。
○ ディスカッションへの「貢献」とは、テーマへの理解を深めるような問いや意見を発することや、学んだ知識を発展的にもちいて問いに答えることや、他者の見解に対して建設的なコメントをすることなどを指します。
○ 100点満点で60点以上を合格とします。 | - Evaluation is based on 1.the contributions to reading and discussions and 2.presentations of one's research
- The term “contributions to discussion” means:
Putting questions, which help further understanding of the issue.
Responding to questions with knowledge and information, which are treated in this lecture.
Making constructive comments on ideas of other students.
