授業の目的　【日本語】
Goals of the Course [JPN]
本授業科目は，初年次生を大学教育へ導入し，自立した学習能力を身につけるとともに，文・理に共通した基礎的学力や技能を養うために，多面的な知的トレーニングによって，コモンベーシックとしての読み，書き，話す能力のかん養を図るとともに，真理探究の方法と面白さを学ぶことが目的である。

Courses designed to develop students' capabilities in the basic disciplines of reading,
writing, and speaking through wide-ranging intellectual training and to help students learn
both how to pursue truth and how interesting such an activity can be.

中世ヨーロッパ史に関する書物を用い、参加者がその内容を報告し、相互に議論することを通じて、中世ヨーロッパ世界に関する理解を深めるとともに、報告や議論の仕方を磨く。

Objectives of the Course [ENG]
The aim of this seminar is to study the history of medieval Europe and to deepen knowledge about the characteristics of European cultures. You will be also able to acquire and sophisticate skills of presentation and argumentation.
