授業の目的　【日本語】
Goals of the Course [JPN]
本授業科目は、初年次生を大学教育へ導入し、自立した学習能力を身につけるとともに、文・理に共通した基礎的学力や技能を養うために、多面的な知的トレーニングによって、コモンベーシックとしての読み、書き、話す能力のかん養を図るとともに、真理探究の方法と面白さを学ぶことが目的である。

Courses designed to develop students' capabilities in the basic disciplines of reading, writing, and speaking through wide-ranging intellectual training and to help students learn both how to pursue truth and how interesting such an activity can be.

本授業では、私たちの社会に日々生じる様々な出来事を民事法（民法、会社法、民事訴訟法など）の観点から考えることを通じて、法的思考の基礎を養うことを目標としている。

Through the course, students will
(1) be familiar with the basic manner of research and study,
(2) be able to describe and analyze current topics from the legal point of view, and
(3) be able to appriciate the various roles of law in our society.
