Goals of the Course [JPN]
青年期の心理を、ピア・カウンセリング体験から理解していく。悩みのない人生を渇望しても、人は悩まずには生きられない。心が大きく揺れ動きながら成長する青年期の心理について、ピア（仲間）の重要性は言うまでもない。青年の心理を理解しながら、ピア・カウンセリング（同じ仲間として他者を理解していく技術）を実際に体験することを目的とする。

Goals of the Course [ENG]
The purpose of this lecture is to understand the psychology of adolescence through peer counseling experiences.
Even if we thirst for a trouble-free life, one cannot live without trouble. Peers are very important in adolescence, when the mind grows with great shaking. While understanding the psychology of adolescents, you will actually experience peer counseling (a technique for understanding others as the same companion).
