Goals of the Course [JPN]
本授業科目は，初年次生を大学教育へ導入し，自立した学習能力を身につけるとともに，文・理に共通した基礎的学力や技能を養うために，多面的な知的トレーニングによって，コモンベーシックとしての読み，書き，話す能力のかん養を図るとともに，真理探究の方法と面白さを学ぶことが目的です。
グループによる共同研究を通じて各人の共同研究能力を高めて貰うこと、また、社会のグローバル化と法という問題についての理解を深め、自分なりの問題意識を持って貰うことが本授業の目的です。

　The purpose of this course is that the participants will improve their capacity on joint research and have a deep understanding about the globalization of the society and law.

This seminar aims to lead the first year students to the study in the university . The objective of this seminar is that participants will be able to read documents profoundly and to explain clearly their opinions in the presentation as well as in the discussion.
