Message from the Instructor | | | This class focuses on the mechanisms of various competitive sports, understands the physical movements, psychological characteristics, and game phases that have been revealed in recent years, and explores the possibilities of their own motor and psychodynamic dynamism in adolescence. The goal is to acquire the basic knowledge necessary to spend a college life both physically and mentally well, and to learn from many aspects the significance and necessity of exercise. |
