本授業科目は，健康に関する自己管理能力，生涯スポーツの基礎となる技能の習得，スポーツを通したコミュニケーション能力やリーダーシップを育むことが目的です．

Course that promote communication and leadership abilities through sports by teaching students how to manage their own health, while training them in the basic skills required for a lifetime of physical activity.

疾病，外傷，その他の障害等（精神的な問題も含む）によって通常の実技種目の履修が困難である者が，その症状に応じた個人指導を受け，健全な学生生活への早期復帰や健康増進を達成することを目標とします．

This course promotes communication and leadership abilities through sports by teaching students how to manage their own health, while training them in the basic skills required for a lifetime of physical activity.
最近では怪我や疾病ばかりでなく精神面での不安から通常の実習を履修できない学生も増えています．そのような場合も遠慮なく受講相談に来てください．
