授業の目的　【日本語】
Goals of the Course [JPN]
本授業では、古代ギリシア・ローマの文学作品を通観し、その作品の一部を取り上げて読むことを通して、作品に親しみます。その上で、これらの文学作品が、その後の文学作品に与えた影響についても考えます。人文・社会科学系分野の学問体系における西洋古典作品を把握するとともに、自らが様々なことを考え、調べる力を培うことが目的です。
授業の目的　【英語】
Goals of the Course [ENG]
There are many literary texts which were influenced by classical authors. Not only contents and storylines, but also underlining thoughts can also be found in previous pieces. By overviewing and reading parts of Greek and Latin literature, we shall first explore types of literature in antiquity. We will also ask how classical literature influenced later literature. Depending on the demands of students, the lecture can also be done in English. If this is the case, please contact me via email.
