本授業は、日本国憲法の基本的概念やその考え方について基礎的理解を得るとともに、現代社会のさまざまな問題について、憲法との関わりの観点から考察する力を養うことを目的とする。

The goal of this course is to provide students with the understanding of basic concepts and approaches in constitutional law, which enables them to view social issues from constitutional perspectives.
