この講義は、データ分析を行うにあたって必要となる統計学の基礎知識を身に付け、さらに回帰分析の導入部分を理解することを目的とする。これにより、データを解釈する力を養うとともに、標本をもとに母集団について推測する考え方を身につけることが本授業の目標である。

Objectives of the Course [ENG]
The aim of this course is to help students acquire the knowledge of basic statistics and introductory regression analysis. The students learn how to interpret data and how to conduct statistical inference.
