Goals of the Course [JPN]
持続可能な開発目標（SDGs）の下で求められる国際開発の在り方を、具体的事例をもとに、また、民間セクターが持続可能な開発に果たす役割という観点に重点を当てて、共に考察する。なお、本講義は法的な観点からの検討が主となることに留意。

Goals of the Course [ENG]
We will consider the form and content of international development required under the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through the analysis of case examples. We focus on the role that the private sector plays in sustainable development. It should be noted that this lecture mainly examines from a legal point of view.

学生は、持続可能な開発の達成に関し、特に開発途上国や新興国が現在直面している問題につき基本的な理解を得る。学生は、授業に組み込むプレゼンやディスカッションを通じて、学術的な議論の力を身に着ける。

Objectives of the Course [ENG]
Students will gain a basic understanding of the issues developing and emerging economies currently face in achieving sustainable developments. They do so by analysing these issues faced by developing and emerging economies. Students also acquire the ability of academic discussion through presentations and discussions that are incorporated into classes.
