授業の目的　【日本語】
Goals of the Course [JPN]

法律学習の基礎として、法律学の基本的な学習方法や各種法分野について適宜取扱いながら、わが国の司法制度やその担い手について、現状を整理し、課題を探る。また、「生きた司法」の姿に触れるために、法曹三者等（裁判官、検察官、弁護士など）のゲスト講演を開催する。

授業の目的　【英語】
Goals of the Course [ENG]

As a basis of legal study, while studying basic methods of studying law and looking at various areas of law, we will look at current situations of the legal system of Japan and its bearers and search for its problems. Further, in order to get in touch with "Fresh Legal System", the students will attend lectures by guest lecturers, such as judge, prosecutor, lawyer, etc.

（１）各法分野に触れながら、法律学習の基礎を習得するとともに、司法制度の仕組みとその担い手の
　　　役割について理解する。
（２）わが国の司法制度の特色を考える。
（３）裁判に関心を持つことを通じて、現代社会に存在する法的問題とその解決における司法の役割
　　　について考える。
