Goals of the Course [JPN]
　本授業科目は，人文・社会科学系分野の諸現象について，それらの諸現象を学際的，総合的に分析，把握する能力を育むとともに，他の学問分野との関連性について理解することが目的である。
　本授業科目においては，現代経済の主要な担い手である株式会社に焦点を当てる。株式会社の本質や史的展開について確認すると同時に，各国の株式会社に観察される固有の特徴について認識し，背後に認められる文化的・政治的刻印を多角的に考察する。
