授業の目的　【日本語】
Goals of the Course [JPN]
本授業科目は，人文・社会科学系分野の諸現象について，それらの諸現象を学際的，総合的に分析，把握する能力を育むとともに，他の学問分野との関連性について理解することが目的である。特に、民主主義が各時代の課題と格闘しつつ形成されてきた歴史的過程を学ぶとともに、現代の民主主義が直面する問題点について検討する。

Goals of the Course [ENG]
The aim of this course is to develop the ability to analyze and understand various phenomena in the humanities and social sciences in an interdisciplinary and comprehensive manner and to understand the relationship between these phenomena and other disciplines. In particular, students will learn about the historical process by which democracy has been formed while struggling with each era's challenges, examine the problems with which democracy faces today.
