Objectives of the Course [ENG] | | | The aim of this course is to help students acquire an understanding of the "legal mind" by considering various modern foreign and domestic legal issues(mainly civil issues). It also enhances the development of students’ skill in making oral presentation. |

Notice for Students | | ・初回はオリエンテーションを行うので、受講希望者は必ず出席すること。
・欠席する場合には、事前にメール等で連絡すること。無断で欠席（事前または事後遅滞なく欠席理由を連絡せずに欠席すること）した場合には、成績評価において考慮される。 5回以上欠席した場合には、理由のいかんを問わず単位を付与しない。
・ICTによる遠隔授業とする。 |
