Objectives of the Course [JPN] | | | われわれの身のまわりにはプラスチック，医薬品など様々な合成化学物質があふれている．これらは我々の生活の中で大いに利用されるとともに，環境にさまざまな影響を与えている．また，我々も含めて生体は天然の化学物質から構成されている．この講義では，このような合成化学物質や生体を構成する分子の性質について学ぶことによって日常生活の化学を理解するとともに，みずから調べるための基礎力を身につけることが目標である． |

Objectives of the Course [ENG] | | | Various synthetic chemicals, such as plastics and pharmaceuticals, are everywhere around us. They are heavily used in our lives and have various effects on the environment. Living organisms, including us, are composed of natural chemicals. The goal of this lecture is to understand the chemistry of everyday life as well as to acquire the basic skills to study by ourselves. |

Study Load (Self-directed Learning Outside Course Hours) | | | NUCTの講義資料の該当箇所を予習し，講義で扱われる専門用語を事前に調べてから受講すること．内容理解の確認のために毎回，NUCTを利用した小テストを課すので，その内容について復習しておくこと． |
