本授業科目は，自然科学系分野の学問体系を認識するとともに，自主的判断能力を培うことが目的である．授業では，ニュートン力学をもとに相対運動，角運動量，質点系・剛体の運動について学ぶ．

Courses designed to promote an understanding of the study of natural sciences and to foster
independent decision-making capabilities. In this course, students will learn about relative motion, angular momentum, and motion of rigid and solid bodies based on Newtonian mechanics.

Objectives of the Course [JPN]
本講義の目標は，古典力学の歴史，基本概念と手法について理解を深め，機械系分野を学ぶための基礎学力を養う．授業終了時に学生は，剛体の運動の式をニュートンの質点の運動方程式をもとに理解し，自ら導くことができ，剛体の運動を自由に解くことができることにおく．
