授業の目的 【日本語】
Goals of the Course [JPN] | | 本授業科目は，自然科学系分野の学問体系を認識するとともに，自主的判断能力を培うことが目的である。
プラスチック、医薬品などの新しい化学物質の発明は、文明の発展や豊かで便利な生活を支えてきた。他方、物質の濫用や誤った使用が環境破壊を引き起こしてきた。この講義では、ニュースや話題の中から、物質文明を支える化学物質や身の回りにある化学物質を例に上げて、物質の成り立ちを解説する。また身近な現象を化学の知識を用いて考察し、みずから調べる力を身につけることを目指す。 |

Goals of the Course [ENG] | | | The invention of new chemicals, such as plastics and pharmaceuticals, has supported the development of civilization and a rich and convenient life. On the other hand, substance abuse and misuse have caused environmental destruction. In this lecture, basic knowledge of chemistry will be explained using these chemical examples. |
