授業の目的　【日本語】
Goals of the Course [JPN]
「線形性」は近代科学における数量的取り扱いの最も基本的な概念であり，さまざまな分野で用いられる。その線形性を数学的に扱う手法が線形代数学である。本科目は通年講義の後半として，線形空間と線形写像の概念の理解および行列を用いた数学的取り扱いへの習熟し，また数理科学的な思考力や洞察力を培うことを目的とする。

Linearity is one of the most fundamental concepts in modern science, and it appears in various areas. The goal of this course is to understand the basics of linear algebra with vector spaces and linear maps and also to develop mathematical thinking and insight.

線形空間と線形写像の概念の理解および行列を用いた数学的取り扱いに習熟する。特に，基底，線形写像，固有値等の基本的諸概念の理解とその取り扱いへの習熟を重視する。

The objectives of students are to understand the basics of vector spaces and linear maps and, in particular, to learn the basic concepts such as basis, linear map, eigenvalue, etc.

計算が中心となる線形代数学Ⅰとは趣が異なるので、切り替えて講義を受けて下さい。また、線形代数学Ⅰで学んだ計算手法が必須ですのでよく復習しておいて下さい。
